Thankful to be alive and be amazingly well considering having a ruptured cerebral aneurysm, several brain surgeries, and now psoriatic arthritis, among other things.  I feel like I was given a second chance.  It is hard when it seems like every few months I am hit with something else.  Many family hardships on top of illness.  I turn to my faith in God.  Without that faith I don't think I could have gotten through all of this.  Rather than worry myself crazy, I am thankful that I can turn it over to God.  I hope I can become better at focusing on the good things in life rather than sit around feeling sorry for myself.  I guess it is only human to feel down about this illness sometimes.  Life can be tough but there are always people with far worse problems than my own.  Very thankful for the people in my life and for the PsA group.

I am grateful for another year of life and I am so grateful for my friends and family!  And I am grateful for this site that I feel safe and happy and can receive so much wonderful information and share my struggle with those who understand.

Hey there!  Heres what I got to say.  "There but for the grace of God go I."  There is always someone who has much more sufering than I have.  I see some the photos of the people here that have much worse rashes in spots that I dont.  My gratitude today is for the warm weather and that I am mobile today .  I want to go to the beach!  I can do that this weekend.  Yay.  I can go meet my friend tomorrow for coffee and enjoy her company.  I am grateful for all my friends I have.  They may not understand what I am going through or how I feel for the first 2-3 hours in the morning when I get up but they are there for me and they give me the space and time I need to rest , sleep,  go slow.  I am grateful for that.  And I am so grateful for this site.  Thank you PSA..  You get me.  :)

The rain may fall today, the sun may shine tomorrow.

There is no endless joy, nor is there endless sorrow.

My dad used to tell me this when I was having a 'pants' day as a kid ; )

This is so true JC.  I like this statement.

Good Morning.  I hope you have a great day.

Feeling Great, There is Hope

I'm always somewhat reluctant to say I feel great, but I have for a few weeks so I think I'm safe. I had RFA treatments on my lower back and a great physical therapist. I still have some SI joint pain, but it's tolerable. I am no longer taking…
